Listing Desk is a software platform that enables freelance property photographers to manage orders, submit raw files for editing, receive edited deliverables, generate client galleries, and produce invoices. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Listing Desk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must not share your account with any other person or allow unauthorised access to it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a way that may harm other users or Listing Desk.

When you submit a job (order) through Listing Desk, you confirm that you have the right to upload and share the files associated with that job. You retain ownership of all raw files you upload.

By submitting a job, you grant Listing Desk and any editor assigned to the job a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, and handle the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling the editing services you have requested.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all job details you provide, including property addresses, client information, and product types selected.

Listing Desk facilitates the delivery of photo editing and floorplan processing services performed by editors operating through the platform. Editing turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Complaint window: If you are not satisfied with the quality of edited files returned to you, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of the files being marked as complete. Complaints received after this window will not be eligible for a re-edit under these Terms.

Listing Desk reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether a re-edit is warranted in response to a complaint.

Listing Desk operates on a credit-based or fee-based pricing model as communicated to you at the time of sign-up or via the platform. Specific pricing details will be provided separately.

All payments and credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform following a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain full copyright ownership of all raw photographs and original files you upload to Listing Desk. Edited files produced from your raw files are likewise your property once delivered.

Listing Desk retains ownership of all platform software, design, trademarks, and branding. You must not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Listing Desk provides a client gallery feature that allows you to share edited images with your clients via a secure link. Gallery links are time-limited and intended for client review only.

File retention period: 30 days. Files stored on Listing Desk (raw uploads, edited deliverables, and gallery assets) may be deleted after 30 days from the date of upload or delivery. You are solely responsible for downloading and retaining copies of your files before this period expires. Listing Desk accepts no liability for files deleted after the retention period.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using Listing Desk, you acknowledge and agree to such processing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listing Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Listing Desk in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@listingdesk.co.uk. Upon closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Listing Desk at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason. Outstanding credits or fees at the point of termination will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Listing Desk after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
